Step back in time through medieval gates and vacation gallantly in this stone stone villa in Woodstock. Feast in the large kitchen/dining room and enjoy wine by the stone fireplace after dinner with 10 of your friends and family because that’s how many this home fits. Climb the winding stairs to the top of the tower where a Winterfell-looking hallway awaits you, complete with arched ceilings and stone walls.
The balcony lifts you above the clouds and offers a refreshing view of the Catskill Mountains. With a view like that, you might just see direwolves roaming the forest. OK, we’ll cool it with the Game of Thrones references because medieval flare isn’t all this stone castle has to offer. The location is also ideal. This villa is close to many trailheads and just a short drive from the awesome village of Woodstock. The outdoor hot tub is a perfect place to soothe your aching feet after a nice long day of hiking or shopping, whichever you fancy. We could go on and on about this rental but mostly, we just love how whimsical it is and we’re pretty sure you will too.
