What Are You Doing for Valentine’s Day?

For me, when Valentine’s Day is spent, it’s spent at home with the Netflix queue and maybe a romantic dinner for two (AKA, a large pizza + mozzarella sticks). For others, however, that sounds less like Valentine’s Day and more like…well, Tuesday. If you and your Valentine are looking for something a little more celebratory, then have a look at the handy guide to Valentine’s Day in the Catskills, courtesy our friends over at Watershed Post. A weekender to the Roxbury Motel sounds like a great time, as does a stay at the Emerson Resort and Spa. Hey, if you’re going to Valentine, you might as well do it luxuriously and for an entire weekend. Go big or go home, right?
