Seemingly plucked straight from the neighborhood in Edward Scissorhands, this mid-century modern Ranch is way bigger than it looks. It’s also dropped from an asking price of $249,900 back when we posted about it in July 2014 to $150,000. So, what does that look like? In this case, it looks like a 3000 square foot mid-mod collector’s item with 6 bedrooms on nearly and acre of land.
We’ve talked at length this house before. The photos intrigue, the property is pretty big with a buffer from the neighbors, and it’s seemingly not located in a flood plain. Why hasn’t it been snapped up yet? Oh, wait. Is it because the taxes are over $12,000/year? Ugh. Still, we love to look at the pictures…
