You know what the Good Book says: Fear not the foreclosure, for it might payeth off.

Okay, that’s not a thing, but in the case of this Liberty NY Ranch foreclosure with a Mid-Mod style, it really could pay off in the form of an enviable vintage bungalow in a sweet Sullivan County town.

According to Zillow, this 1958 3 bed/2 bath home starts at $45K but could go for as much as $70K. It clearly needs some updates and fixing up. Just how much, we cannot say, but we can tell you that we like that it’s not in shambles at all, it comes with hardwood floors, vintage fixtures, plenty of windows, and a basement.

While there’s no photo to prove us wrong or right, we suspect there is a fireplace due the large brick chimney, which is one those Mid-Century Modern features we love. This could be a snazzy pad with the right look behind it.
