Phoenicia Bungalow, $189,000
Kandy Harris | January 28, 2013Its cheery robin’s-egg blue with light yellow trim drew us immediately to this bungalow-style house right in the heart of Phoenicia. And we were pleasantly surprised by its 2000-square-foot size (with full basement), since it looks a tad bit smaller in the photos. Lot size is tiny, not even a quarter-acre. And we would consider replacing the kitchen cabinetry with some shelves or cabinets with glass doors. We could also envision a lighter paint color; maybe bright white to go with the red floors. But other than that and maybe repainting the master bedroom, we wouldn’t mess with it too much. Walking distance to town.
