Renovated Painted Lady Victorian in Columbia County, $329,000

The rest of the 1664 sq. ft. c.1890 Victorian is the same, understated and stylish throughout, with 4 beds/1.5 baths, French doors, wood floors, tall ceilings, and a living room fireplace. A bit of land is included, three-quarters of an acres’ worth, on Main Street in the Columbia County village of Germantown. While the house isn’t right on the Hudson River, a walk down the road will get you to the tracks that line the river.
