A Castle to Call Your Own
Upstater | December 6, 2012
Up in New Scotland, a bit south and west of Albany, is this amazing half-ruin of a place, which our friends over at Old House Dreams wrote up recently. It sits on 4.5 acres, with church ruins, tower ruins and home ruins, along with a 2,500-square-foot non-ruin of a house. There’s also a 1,500 sf garage serving as a workshop, with electricity and a wood stove. The price tag? $179,000.
