Dating back to 1880, the school served local schoolchildren for decades. Now, it’s a turnkey one-bedroom, one-bath home in a woodsy setting. White siding, black shutters, and a red standing-seam metal roof make up the exterior. A portico on the front deck has a red metal roof, too.
