Before and After: A Hudson Valley Renovation
Upstater | May 9, 2012Our friends at Newburgh Restoration spotted this post about the reinvention of a Hudson Valley farmhouse (exact location TBD). Our reaction: wow. One way to beat the system when you’re looking for upstate New York property to buy is to find the perfect fixer upper: a place with good bones and lots of potential that needs a serious makeover. Clearly the couple who bought and renovated this place — an interior designer and an architect — have the talent to spot those places: we’ll call it reno-dar.
