Bovina Bungalow, $115,000

Sticking to our theme this week — houses for less than $130,000 — we were heartened to find this bungalow in Bovina. We think if you pour $50,000 you could have a wonderful getaway, unless the fake pine paneling and the wall-t0-wall is what you want.

Okay, sure, it’ll be a mini getaway, at 528 square feet, and two beds, one bath. But it has 11 acres over which to spread out, and a pond. It was built in 1968, and sits smack dab between Roxbury and Delhi, two very sweet towns.
