Casinos All Around!
Upstater | May 20, 2013That’s the economic development plan out of Gov. Cuomo’s office: a casino for the Catskills, one for the Finger Lakes, and one for the Albany area, writes the NY Post.
Do you think it’s a good plan? We ask because it’s up to votes to approve a referendum on gambling before the casinos can go anywhere. And, “If the referendum is held in November, as the governor wishes, it means voters will be asked to approve expansion without knowing where all the new casinos will go.” Kind of a catch-22.
What do you guys think? Will you say yes to expanding gambling in New York State?
