Certainly unique, but it also manages to blend in thanks to its earth-toned exterior. Inside, it’s a simple, modest set-up. There’s an eat-in kitchen, small living room with a wood stove, 1 bath, and upstairs, a sleeping loft. Ceilings are high which makes it feel spacious, but our favorite detail is the sleeping compartment cleverly tucked into the kitchen wall. Claustrophobics might find it confining. Still, quite the elegant solution for guests and family members. The South Kortright cottage sits on two acres in Delaware County, up in the Catskill Mountains, 20 minutes east of Delhi.
