Get in the Ground Floor of Newburgh’s Creative Movement for $97,500
Kandy Harris | July 24, 2015Now that Kingston has burst onto the scene, we can’t help but wonder which Hudson River town will be the next to explode (creatively, that is). Will it be Newburgh? If you’ve been in a reader of Upstater for a while, you know that we’ve speculated a lot about the Orange County city’s chances for Renaissance. Long story short, we think it has the potential and moxie to be the Hudson Valley’s next big art town, and if you think so, too, time to move on a house. How about this bigger-than-it-looks bungalow on the west side of town? It’s situated in a quiet residential neighborhood near the end of a dead-end street, and it’s packed with potential in the hardwood floors, high ceilings, big windows, and solid construction. Also includes a large walk-up attic. Oh, what a splash of personality could do for this place…
