Kingston Country Cabin, $139,000

  |  October 10, 2012

Although this sweet cabin is close to busy route 209, you can’t see it from the house, which it tucked back on 1.3 acres and was built in 1915. They manage to fit three beds into 984 square feet here.

Obviously it’s been updated since then, with a new-ish looking kitchen and bath. Although it’s not the kitchen of our dreams, it’ll do fine, and the house looks move-in ready. We think it’s nicely located — near Rosendale and Kingston, with all of their cultural offerings, but still very much in the country. Taxes, per Property Shark, are less than $3,000 a year, which is pretty amazing for this part of upstate.

302 Pine Tree Lane, Kingston. $139,000. GMAP.
