Lakefront Contemporary in Livingston Manor, $189,000
Kandy Harris | July 3, 2012
Earlier today, we looked at a much pricier, albeit ultra-cool, lakefront property in Livingston Manor. This one is considerably more affordable, although the listing suggests that it might need some “sprucing up”. It certainly has a lot of potential: Super high cathedral ceilings, a big stone fire place, a nifty kitchen, wrap-around porch that overlooks a stocked pond. It’s also, however, a veritable riot of knotty cedar, so if you’re not into that look, best look away now. Located on 3 acres a stone’s throw from Shandelee Lake.
