One of our New Year’s resolutions for 2015 is to ogle more inexpensive houses, and given what we discovered in the real estate listings recently, it will be a resolution easily kept. Throughout this week, we’ll be all over the housing stock in towns generally considered to be on or near the river (i.e. Saugerties, Catskill, Kingston, Poughkeepsie, Rhinebeck, etc.), offering up properties that list for $250,000 or less.
