Monticello Colonial, $175,000
Kandy Harris | June 7, 2012
Well, here’s a whole lotta house for $175,000 in the village of Monticello; 4,356 square feet-worth, to be exact. Plus 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a huge commercial kitchen, and an elevator (!) that takes you from the first floor to the second floor to the two (!!) master bedroom suites. Looks like it’s in good shape, although it’s hard to see what’s going on in that commercial kitchen. Could merely be clutter. The master bedroom looks gorgeous with the French doors opening out onto its own deck.
Located right in the village, walking distance, etc. Forget bungalow colonies; how about opening a B&B?
