Well, one reader wrote in to explain the price of 145 Samsonville Road in Kerhonkson when we wrote it up six months ago: the backyard, they said, has six mobile homes, and Samsonville Road is a busy one. Still, if you’re looking for a starter place, and want to spend something close to a hundred grand, maybe this will pique your interest?

We love the porch, the outbuilding and the views. It’s got a nice yard, just about an acre of land… no mobile homes visible so far!
