Since we’re doing rentals all week, we decided to use our usual Tuesday RoTW spot to feature a property that we think could make a nice little home away from home. And up in Delaware County, you can get a whole lotta drama (as far as views are concerned) for less than $200,000 with this contemporary hillside cottage. With design elements inspired by Lloyd Wright, the cottage is a gem located on 2.5 acres near a gem of a village, Stamford. The living room and the sweeping views from it are almost worth the listing price alone. By the way, we noticed recently that Trulia has started posting GreatSchools.com district ratings on all of their posts, and the Stamford Central School district “exceeds standard.” Good to know.
