We weren’t around during the time when Brown’s Hilltop Tavern was operating, but we get the impression that this place was well-loved. And for $99/square foot, someone should continue to love it because that’s not a bad price. Comes with 6 bedrooms/2 baths, an old wooden bar that appears to be in great condition, and 3400 square feet of space inside. Floors are gleaming, everything appears in good shape, and the 3 acre property includes a cottage and another building that was apparently an antique store once upon a time. Given its large parking area and the fact that it’s right on Route 213 in a highly visible spot, we see potential for commercial applications. However, as a private residence, we’re not sure the roadside location and lack of privacy are selling points.
