This Saturday: Hudson River Exchange
Upstater | July 18, 2013Think of it as our homegrown, upstate Brooklyn Flea. In fact, many of the artisans who showcase their wares downstate come from the Hudson Valley, so it makes sense that they’d have their own event. The Hudson River Exchange is “a curated indie craft fair, showcasing contemporary local craft, design, art and a selection of vintage wares. We will be bringing makers out of their studios and workshops, giving them a space for commerce, exchange and exposure. The inclusion of vintage sellers highlights the importance of well made objects and promotes sustainability. It will be a celebration of all things handmade and locally sourced, including local music and food.” See ya there.
