Our post earlier this week on hipster chefs heading upstate made us wonder. It’s been happening in Hudson, the focus of the story, for well over a decade, but in our voyages through the Western Catskills, we see far less of the craft cuisine, locavore spots that aim to please a more seasoned palate. 100 Miles Northwest recently offered a rave review of The Heron in Narrowsburg. Are there other spots?
