Walk to Everything from this Goth-Victorian in Cold Spring
Kandy Harris | June 11, 2014Here’s a cute Victorian in the village of Cold Spring, walking distance to all kinds of stuff (it’s two blocks from Main Street) including the Metro-North train station less than a mile away, bigger than it seems at 2,700 square feet. The lot is smallish, but there’s room enough for a sizable deck perfect for getting your party on. We have to commend the current occupants on their ability to live with only two kitchen shelves, but apparently, the kitchen does include a pantry. Pretty place, plenty of space, convenient to Cold Spring, which is a touristy town with a fabulous waterfront and great schools. It’s attractive, but we’re not sure it’s $520,000 attractive, but welcome to Cold Spring.
