The Delaware County town of Andes doesn’t skimp on the charm. We’re not just referring to the hamlet of Andes but the whole town, which has a multitude of attractive properties on the market. Included among them is this converted c.1925 schoolhouse located about 10 minutes of Andes hamlet, out on a rural stretch called Fall Clove Road. Although the lot size is small, it’s adjacent to lots of farm land, so no crowding here. The interior is neat as a pin, although it’s small, there’s still room for nice details like the pressed tin backsplash in the kitchen. No pictures of the upstairs, though. Includes two storage sheds.
