Former Church/Cultural Center/Bar in Kingston, $575,000
Kandy Harris | June 1, 2012
This Kingston establishment is a local landmark, and now it could be yours. Located at 50 Abeel Street near the Rondout district of Kingston, the (former) Bridgewater Bar and Grill closed last year, and it’s been sitting vacant, waiting for someone to wake it up again. It’s pretty cool looking on the inside with two bars, one on each of the two levels, and a small outdoor seating area in the back with steps that lead right down to the waterfront. The price was $625,000 just a couple of months ago, so it’s come down considerably. Anybody looking for an investment property?
