Polonia Towers, a former bank and office building has been restored by Polonia Architectural Restoration. It’s in the heart of downtown Middletown Business District. This building will have commercial and residential space. The commercial space consists of a restaurant and tapas bar/club lounge, and 8 luxury apartments. These apartments are aimed at high income residents with features such as stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, under-mounted sinks, hardwood floors, Caesar stone counter tops, bidets, and Jacuzzi bathtubs.
It’s great that Middletown gets a prominent building back, with the aim of promoting a renaissance. If you are from Middletown, what’s your take on the impact the restoration of this building will have on the area? Polonia owns quite a few buildings upstate. It would be great to see a repetition in other towns.
