Put Down the Hammer. This Kingston Home is Turn-Key for $99,900
Kandy Harris | August 11, 2015Here’s an antidote to the Kingston property we posted earlier today. Unlike that one, this 1200 sq. ft. midtown Kingston Victorian needs almost nothing except some finishing work on the wood floors. Not a big yard, but big enough for a badminton net, plus it’s got a deck and seems to be somewhat private. All three bedrooms are on the second floor, bath is new, and we love the spacious entry with the wooden staircase. But the clincher for us is the tax bill, which, compared to the Kingston property previously posted, looks much more reasonable at around $3300/year. Perfect starter home, or the most perfect starter home? You be the judge.
