Feel like spending your day falling down an internet rabbithole? Punch in a Google search for hauntings, ghost sightings, and unexplained occurrences in the Hudson Valley and Catskills. This area is so full to bursting with tales of weird happenings (UFO sightings in Pine Bush, screaming banshees roaming the back roads in Saugerties, reports of monsters swimming in the Hudson River, just to name a few) that it’s no wonder infamous occultist Aleister Crowley loved the Hudson Valley so much. This week, we’ll be exploring the stranger side of the region and offering real estate listings in case your enthusiasm for the paranormal is so overwhelming, you can’t help but imagine living among the ghosts, ghoulies, and…aliens?
