Upstaters love beer. We can’t get enough of it. Seriously, it’s just the best. Did we mention we love beer? I think you’re getting the idea, but it’s why we’re so pumped about Radio Woodstock’s Uptown Boogaloo craft beer festival this Saturday, January 30th! Held at the cavernous backroom of BSP, the festival’s bringing over forty craft brewers from around the state and beyond together under one roof, graciously allowing visitors to try over sixty brews on offer. Big names like Lagunitas and Southern Tier are brushing shoulders with some of the smaller local folks like Sloop and Chatham Brewery for a melting pot (or mash-tank perhaps) of hopportunity (sorry for that one).

They’ll have plenty of great food to keep you going, with offerings from local favorites like Fleisher’s, Diego’s, and Yum Yum Noodle Bar (among many others). To top it off, there’ll be performances from amazing Hudson Valley favorites, including Bearquilt, Adrien Reju, and La Familia. The only question we’ve got is what, exactly, is a Boogaloo? As long as the answer is beer related we’ll be very happy. Don’t miss it! Get your tickets here.
