Jump in the picturesque life-guarded lake, practice your serve on one of the four clay tennis courts, or join a weekly pickup basketball game. For those in search of a little more R&R, there’s a community book club and a gorgeous old-fashioned social hall, or you can just chill by your grill and soak in the good vibes. With several of the bungalows currently for sale in the co-op, and rental units potentially available too, the dream of a wholesome, free-range summer in this classic bungalow community can be yours.
